We offer a comprehensive range of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) services that is planned and executed to ensure uninterrupted operations for the clients. Our services are planned according to the requirements of our clients to guarantee the best and efficient results.
Our team inspect the property and highlight all the works required on a regular basis. The job is categorised according to their urgency. The general maintenance activities include painting, masonry, fit-outs, walls, ceilings, doors, lights, and deep cleaning.
We have our specialist staff and also partner with suppliers to offer specialised services namely elevator maintenance, water tank cleaning, pest-control, and CCTV setup.

AFS is partnered with contractors and suppliers approved by Dubai Municipality to carry out waste management services.
Our team will keep the areas surrounding the building clean and ensure the disposal of the waste collected on a regular basis to maintain a safe environment for the tenants.
AFS works with approved contractors to provide the best solution in getting rid of pests from buildings and tenant houses. The chemicals used in the pest control services are all approved by the municipality and do not harm the environment and is safe to the tenants.
AFS provides all types of cleaning services that include internal cleaning of corridors, elevators, and common areas. External cleaning includes parking, building facades, and visitor areas. Our team uses cleaning materials that are approved by the municipality that are friendly to the environment and do not impose any safety hazard to the tenants.
